Start planning now for efficient, streamlined, compliant reporting

On 7th October the technical standards for reporting under the European Markets Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR Refit) were published, officially setting the compliance date for these changes to 29 April 2024, at which point companies will have to report under the new standards.

While 24th April 2024 might seem like a long way, the changes these new requirements bring shouldn’t be underestimated. Companies need to start planning sooner rather than later, to ensure proper, efficient and compliant reporting activities under EMIR.

This webinar gathered leaders from across the energy trading spectrum, including market participants, thought leaders, trade repositories, and providers of the most innovative technologies – together the speakers explored these new requirements and what they mean for all stakeholders, sharing uncertainties and best practices.

Our expert speaker lineup includes:

Tim Hartley, Director, Kaizen Reporting
Aviv Handler, Managing Director, ETR Advisory
Paul Rennison, Director of Product Management, DeltaconX
Nicholas Bruce, Head of Business Development, Regis-TR
Lingaraju Doddannagari, Senior Implementation Manager, Statkraft
Ben Hillary, Managing Director, Commodities People

Some of the key themes to be covered include:

What challenges will you face in remaining compliant for EMIR Refit?
Are their specific areas that you should look to address early?
What is the Regulator looking to improve with Refit?
What will EMIR refit change for trade repositories?
